About
I'm Jules, and I create leather crafts with harvested deer and moose hides sourced from those who use the meat to feed their families but have no use for the hides.Glass Czech beads, porcupine quills, branding iron drawings, painting, carved deer antlers, and dogwood branches adorn the pouches and other useful leather items I make. Artificial sinew is used to sew the creations together using a variety of strong, decorative stitches complementary to the leather pieces.When constructing pieces for knife sheaths, deer rawhide is used to protect the leather and add stability to safely house the knives, scissors, or other sharp tools you want to protect.These beautiful creations are handmade and hand-sewn, and no two are ever exactly alike. Each one is created with care, patience, and gratitude for the materials nature provides.
